His work sits at the intersection of intelligence, operations, and executive decision-making, ensuring organizations can identify risk early, respond effectively, and protect what matters most.
Prior to his corporate leadership roles, Patrick served in the U.S. Army, as a CIA Case Officer, and later retired as a FBI Supervisory Special Agent, where he led several task forces that targeted domestic and international organized criminal networks. That foundation brings a disciplined operational and intelligence-led approach to how OBRS supports clients today, but the focus remains on delivering practical, scalable solutions for the private sector.
